The Most Unethical and Down Right Foul Ways To Make Money On the Internet/Online Quick and Easy

This is not a tutorial but rather an expose. I'm not going to give you contacts or an in-depth article about how to do these evil schemes but show you what they are and why they are bad. If you are looking to spin a few bucks online by deplorable method there is plenty of junk online about how Bob makes $5000 a day working for two hours or something equally ridiculous. They have all the evidence that is so convincing: I once saw one of these sites where the guy had a picture of the cheque with his name, the numbers and the bank all blacked out with only the $5000 showing. Perhaps the site that posts the advertising on his blog let him borrow the cheque. These are the sorts of sites you want to read if you're looking for how to do these sorts of things . But beware most of these are just google cash which turned out to be fake anyway.

But if you insist on finding out how to make money these ways click here. I mean seriously do click on the link it has the best advice I can offer you and I can assure you that it will make you tons of money. No catches what so ever.

Getting back to the point of this article here are the most unethical ways to make money online.

1. I'll sue you scams. These are pretty pathetic in my opinion. People send out a few hundred stern letters/emails to companies and demand that they compensate you for something or you will take them to court. If your email address was sold and they have no privacy policy what do can be done? If it does not include accessibility options for disabled people what can we get them for? The idea is that gullible company owners will be intimidated or scared that they will send you money for something that is either not their fault or that is not even against the law. My advice is that you should ignore these and they will give up. Do you really think they would take a duff case to court? Company owners need to ask who the criminal here is.

2. Sue Google. Why? Well I don't know just sue them. You would not believe the number of people that try to sue Google. For example if it gave you bad results or if you turned safe search off and were confronted with porn. These people set up sites about the case and people write about it and drive traffic to sell advertising. Ridiculous suing is not hitting the front pages so give up.

3. Taking bribes. Some web directories employ people to review sites for the directory. Some people sign up and take bribes from companies to get either faster inclusion or higher ranking or even sites that are not allowed indexing (i.e. a porn site). But beware you will be caught its not too hard to find out and you will be kicked off the site and may even end up in court yourself being sued.

4. I read about someone that worked for a very well known company and would find out about there new plans for websites and then register the domains just before the company register it since he found out about the idea in a board room. He'd then sell it back to them under an internet name. He got found out and fired.

5. There was a great idea conceived by a guy who would simply post pictures of his pets and talk about how lovely they were and how much he loved them. He would update regularly and it got good traffic and then one day he announced he was broke. A few days latter he said he would have to eat his pets to survive. People were so naive and soppy they sent him money so that he would not eat the pets.

6. Copy and paste. Two of the most useful controls on a computer can be put to evil use. In-fact I bet someone copies and pastes this article onto a blog, as their own, drives traffic and sells advertising. Hideously lazy but dead easy to do. If you don't mind crap pagerank and breaking all the rules of SEO. People have also tried to self-publish wikipedia articles in books but Amazon has caught onto this.

7. Webcams. Take your clothes off in-front of a webcam. This way I dare not do too much Google research into. It is a pathetically cheap way of making money by allowing people to fanaticise over you. Does the thought of thousands of people fanaticising about having sex with you not make you "freak out"? It may make you money but could you imagine being recognised by someone in a supermarket? Or even meeting a fan?

8. Getting involved with SEO crooks. Not all SEO (Search Engine Optimisation Companies) are bad as what I am going on to explain some are alright. But a lot of them are quite dodgy. The idea of SEO is to get a clients site to the top of Google and co. The main way to do this is with link building: the more sites that link to you the higher Search Engines will rank you. Some SEO companies employ people to join forums and post crap with a link on it. For example on the "Introduce Yourself" page they would say "hi" followed with a few links. This would only take a minuet and most people could do this a hundred or so times a day. The other way is to lower the quality of article sites by posting crappy articles (grammar, spelling, punctuation and content don't matter) and then a few links. You then replicate this on a few sites and the SEO crooks will pay so much per link. This sounds all rosy except most sites will delete your article or post, especially Wryte Stuff, that is currently at war with crap SEO articles'

There are more ways than I have mentioned but you get the idea. There are so many dodgy ways to make money online and most of them fall on gullibility or breach of trust. Now that I have shown you the ways that people are trying to destroy the internet to extract gold from the ashes; I hope that you will recognise these and take steps to prevent these. Oh, and don't go trying these because most of them are not as profitable or easy as they seem. Furthermore, in the cases that you are working for someone who's to say that they won't scam you too?

Very interesting, I was unaware of many of these scams. Although the average Internet users experiences bits and pieces of these scams on a daily basis, it's nice to read a piece of journalism that goes a bit deeper.

Interesting article. I would like to address the SEO portion. I work for an seo company and I completely agree with you. We do not do the practices that you described above, which certainly work, but contact websites similar to our clients and link swap if they are willing. SEO companies that do what you described give us all a bad name, its frustrating! We're not all bad though, my company has helped our clients increase sales.

I know that there are honest SEO companies out there - you sound like the good guys. Hence: " Not all SEO (Search Engine Optimisation Companies) are bad as what I am going on to explain some are alright".

Hi Connor.

All of these are nasty, but number five is just sick! It's really sad that there are so many people willing to toss ethics and moral behavior in the dumpster just to make a quick buck.

Great expose!

Gullibility is very bad. Anyone who wants to make money should make it legitimately and earn the respect of everyone. This is somehow related to my recent article titled 'who is the true heavy weight wrestling champion. You may view that article.
